Parent Survey Results 2011

The annual Casterbridge Parent Survey was carried out in July to enable us to understand from our parents what we are doing well and what we can improve upon.

At Hatton Hill 100% of parents were satisfied with the overall experience at the nursery and when asked how likely parents were to recommend us we scored 8.6 out of 10. Some highlights of the findings are that parents think the resources are excellent (100% agree), children settle in well (97% agree), they get great information about the learning goals of the children (94% agree) and that it provides the best preparation for school (94% agree). Parents said they would like more verbal feedback and more information about activities.

The main reason why I would recommend it is that even during the weekends my son asks me about why we are not going to nursery. This goes to show how much he loves his nursery.’
